Information we collect
Press currently collects only the information you deliberately send through an email channel. The manuscript submission room, event registration, Store transactions, and Checkout are closed and do not collect form, reservation, or payment data.
How we use it
We use direct correspondence only to answer the inquiry you sent, maintain legally required records, and send necessary replies. Marketing messages require separate consent.
Manuscript confidentiality
Please do not email manuscript files while secure intake is paused. When the submission room reopens, its consent, access, and retention terms will be published before any manuscript is accepted.
Storage and retention
Direct correspondence is retained only as long as necessary to answer the inquiry, meet legal obligations, or maintain operational integrity.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of eligible personal data by emailing privacy@wholebody.press. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also object to processing or request restriction where applicable.
Analytics and cookies
Press does not use advertising trackers. Hosting and security providers may process limited request metadata such as IP address, user agent, and operational logs to deliver and protect the site. Any future audience analytics will be documented here before activation.
